168 Hours. Literally…

Feb 15, 2007

I’m sitting in a freeeeezing cold Starbucks this morning doing some writing for our 168 Hours series which began last weekend at The Orchard.  For the series, we are putting together three 20-25 minute short films featuring the HD video we captured on our trip to Thailand a few weeks ago.  We’ve got one down and two more to go.  The first one turned out incredible!  I was blown away and I’m looking forward to sharing it here on the blog in the next few days.  Today, my goal is to script out and complete the storyboard for the next video and then spend this evening recording voice overs and reflection pieces.  Wow, what a process!  The title, "168 Hours" is appropriate for more than one reason!  But well worth it….

Incredible, Amazing, Blown Away can’t even come close to describe Sunday’s service!!!!
I sat back in my seat just in awe and amazement. It makes you want to really get more involved in ministries. I get goose bumps just thinking about it!!
The amazing thing was that a lady and her daughter who I met a few short weeks ago when they found me in Common Grounds scared and asked me to show them around because they were new came back to see the series!!! I just happened to see them as they were walking into Common Grounds again and we got to share our excitement for the series and about how they were enjoying the Orchard!
