    I think I’m going to have to get this book. Just those short quotes were answering some questions I had about the differnce in my leadership style and someone else’s. It’s amazing what a sliver of insight like that can trigger inside of you. Thanks for the post.

  4. I’m still not convinced. I’m sure it’s true to a degree, but not to the degree that it’s so often leaned up as an excuse for ‘this is who I am…’ I think a broad study of leaders throughout history (as opposed to the current rendition of what a good leader is) might prove to broaden the perspective. Great questions – I love this stuff.
