Paul Williams over at Idea Sandbox has a follow up post to a TIME magazine article about the best times to be creative.  Paul re-worked the graphics from the TIME piece comparing "morning" and "evening" people:

It’s interesting because I have always been a night owl until just recently.  I’m not sure if it’s because of the winter season we’re in or what, but lately I’ve been very intentional about getting up early (5:30′ish – 6:30′ish, key word "ish"….) and utlizing my early hours in the office to do a lot of writing, problem solving, journaling, design, etc…  Perhaps my "wake cycle" is shifting a bit.  Perhaps a sign of age….  Who knows!?  Thanks Paul, interesting stuff.

I’m a night owl and these times need to be bumped to about four hours later for me. :)
