Power Naps.

While I know they don’t necessarily work for everyone, I can certainly attest to the fact that they work great for me!  Twenty minutes with my eyes closed along with a brief visit to la-la land – and I’m good to go for several more hours. 

Not only that, but they also seem to help snap me out of funky moods and also provide me with more energy to invest in my family after a long day.

(That sounded like an infomercial didn’t it?)

So, I hereby dedicate this post to these godly zone outs.

And oh yeah, don’t forget about the caffeine power nap!  This is where you drink your coffee and immediately sleep for 15 minutes – which is just about the time it takes for the caffeine to kick in.  Then it’s viola!  Double impact!

Yeah, I know….  I have a sickness.

    You know if you wouldn’t stay up so late reading articles on power napping…you would have this problem….ah who am I kidding. I’m luck if I get to bed before 2AM myself. :) – I wonder if I could get away with one at work. Hum…maybe. However that Caffeine Power Nap sounds quite interesting to try.

    All well and good until the boss catches you. Of course your boss probably wouldn’t care too much, he understands. LOL

    Sickness- I thought that was normal… Coffee is a need right, right.?
    Remember way back when in kindergarten when you would get a nap after chocolate milk & graham crackers with peanut butter..i do.
    I’m not sure about this – but maybe the world would be a bit nicer if we all still took naps everyday.
