The Diverse Sounds of My St. Arbucks

Nov 14, 2007

You should hear this.

I’m sitting here in my local Starbucks doing some writing…

Two young women next to me speaking Polish.

A man and a woman on the other side of me speaking Greek.

A pentecostal couple not far from me speaking in tongues.  (Kidding…)

A family on the other side of me speaking Spanish.

And then, there’s me – wishing I could speak all of these languages so I could eavesdrop on what all these people are saying.  :)

Ahhh….I love diversity!  What a beautiful sound!

I feel that way right now… in North Park University’s Lounge. Accept only one person is speaking a different language…

You should have called me…I could have translated the Spanish and the Tongues :)

….sounds a lot like my train journey across London to the office! ;-)

Don’t you just love Starbucks. I do my best people watching there and the mall. By the way as a Charismatic, I can interpret anytime you need. haha

    Los would have recorded it…..
