Where Do I Begin?

Jan 20, 2007

Well…  We’re back!  It’s hard to believe that just yesterday I was sitting in the 45th floor of a hotel in the Shinjuku district of Tokyo looking at Mt. Fugi and here I am a day later sitting in my office on the other side of the world.

It’s challenging for me to know where to even begin in sharing about this trip.  To tell you the truth, I don’t even feel like I’ve had time to just sit and DIGEST it all.  All I know for sure is that I spent around 168 hours in an amazing country called Thailand and have walked away with a bunch of stories, experiences and somewhere in the neighborhood of 12 hours of high def video and 2,000 photos.

So now the big questions is what do I do with it all?  Where do I begin?  How do we share the stories, the experiences, the sights, the sounds, the smells – the NEEDS?  We’ve got some ideas and are even planning a new series which will feature weekly short films of our time in Thailand.

But for now, I’m just going to take some time to sit.  And digest.

I bet you and Dan could fill several journals with all that God led you to. I eagerly await to hear all you and Dan have to share. Take your time we will all be patient. If I know you tomorrow we will get a little snippet of some of the wonderful experiences you guys encountered.

I think I’m going to explode!! I’m so excited to hear everything… especially since I’m going there in exactly 170 days. :0) So take some time to rest but then tell me all about it!
