    I think the really interesting thing about WOM is that it’s nothing new. (How do you think Christianity spread?)

    Dr. Carl is an asst. prof at Northeastern University and is researching word-of-mouth communication and marketing. Just keep in mind that he is doing academic research and the blog reflects that.
